Job description
Soma, as part of the knitwellgroup, is seeking a Sales Lead in King of Prussia, PA to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and drive a welcoming, customer-focused shopping experience that reflects our hospitality-driven culture.
You will model behavior, coach staff, and ensure brand priorities are communicated and executed on the sales floor and in back-of-house operations. This is a part-time role with opportunities for growth.
