Job description
LOFT in Annapolis is seeking a Sales Lead who models exceptional customer experiences, guides associates, and partners with the Store Manager to run daily store operations. You’ll drive personalized service and uphold brand standards.
You’ll onboard and develop a highly engaged team, support an inclusive environment, and use available tools to deliver a seamless omnichannel experience. When needed, you’ll step into the role of manager to keep momentum.
