Job description
Lane Bryant Altoona, IA is seeking a Sales Lead to create an engaging environment for customers and associates. You will partner with the Store Manager to execute daily action plans and step into a Manager role when needed, guiding the team to deliver a fabulous store experience.
You will motivate and coach staff, drive sales through the company selling model, and support onboarding of new associates while aligning with brand guidelines and store priorities.
