Job description
LOFT in Gainesville, FL is seeking a Sales Lead to model outstanding customer experiences and guide a team of associates. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to run daily operations, train staff, and ensure seamless in-store service.
You’ll represent the brand, coach the team, and foster an inclusive, high-performing environment. Flexible evenings, weekends, and holidays are expected as you help drive sales and a positive Omni-channel experience.
