Job description
LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead in Columbia, SC to drive personalized customer experiences and support a strong, engaged team. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to understand store operations and be ready to act as manager when needed.
You will help onboard staff, coach associates, and uphold brand visuals and service standards while guiding a seamless omnichannel shopping journey for customers.
