LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead in Fairview Heights, IL to champion personalized customer experiences and guide store associates. You will work with the Store Manager to model leadership and be ready to step in as manager when needed.
The role requires strong communication, coaching skills, and reliability, with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. This position is Regular/Part time at the Shoppes location.
