Job description
Journeys in Washington, DC is seeking a Sales Lead to assist store management with daily operations and to drive sales and staff development. The role focuses on coaching a high-performing team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining an engaging in-store experience.
You will support opening/closing duties, supervise store activities in the absence of management, and help implement policies while promoting Journeys’ brand and culture to customers and staff.
