Job description
Journeys in South Portland, ME is seeking a Sales Lead to support store management, coach a team, and drive sales goals in a fast-paced teen fashion retail environment. You will help train associates, uphold store standards, and ensure a high-energy, customer-focused shopping experience.
As a leader, you will perform opening/closing duties, reinforce policies, and foster Journeys' culture of fun and service, while guiding a team toward personal and store goals.
