Job description
Journeys is seeking a team-oriented associate to support store management in daily operations, coaching peers, and achieving sales goals in a fast-paced retail setting.
You’ll help train staff, provide excellent customer service, and uphold store standards while working flexible night and weekend shifts in Mobile, AL.
Ages 18+, willingness to learn, and completion of training programs leading to a Sales Lead role are valued.
