Responsibilities
As a Sales Lead, you will play a crucial role in setting the tone for our business philosophy. Key responsibilities include:
Maintaining a clean, well-kept office space and presenting a professional appearance.
Adopting a question-based consultative approach to sales and financing transactions.
Building rapport with customers by discussing common interests and goals.
Listening to customers' responses to determine their needs and preferences.
Empathetically assisting customers with marginal or poor credit, fostering a friendly and helpful environment.
Keeping an open mind during the sales process and avoiding early qualification obstacles.
