Sales Leader – Material Handling & Parking Solutions
NJ or FL | $250K+ | Relocation Available
A growing, well-established leader in material handling solutions is looking for a Sales Leader to build and run its national sales organization. The company works with some of the biggest names in tech and has a strong growth outlook.
In this player-coach role, you'll lead a team of about 10 sales professionals across five U.S. locations, carry part of the sales goal yourself, and have the authority to reshape and grow the team.
We're looking for a seasoned material handling professional with a strong industry network, hands‑on knowledge of system and lot design, and a real passion for developing salespeople, not just closing deals. The role is primarily office‑based, and travel is as needed to win business.
Compensation starts at $250K+ and is flexible for the right candidate.
