We’re hiring across multiple levels within our dynamic Sales Department—from Sales Executives to Sales Managers and Sales Directors . Current Open Roles:
Sales Executive / Salesperson – Drive new business, manage client relationships, and exceed monthly sales targets
Sales Manager – Lead a team of inside/outside reps, manage pipelines, coach on performance, and ensure KPI success
Sales Director – Oversee multiple teams/regions, develop strategies, track team goals, and report directly to leadership
Future VP-Level Opportunities for those with proven experience and global team-building success
🧠 Core Responsibilities (varies by level):
Close new deals and expand existing accounts
Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals
Build and manage pipelines using our CRM (Zoho)
Monitor KPIs and activity metrics
Mentor and train junior sales reps (for management roles)
Collaborate with operations, marketing, logistics, and purchasing teams
Represent the company at industry events and client meetings
Qualifications:
3+ years of B2B sales experience (distribution, electronics, MRO, or similar industries preferred)
Proven track record of hitting/exceeding sales targets
Leadership experience required for Manager/Director roles
Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
CRM proficiency (Zoho preferred)
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and available for full-time, in-office work
