Yancey Bros. Co. in Georgia is recruiting its Sales and Leadership Training (SaLT) Program to develop future sales and leadership talent.
This full-time, 12-week rotation-based program offers hands-on experiences across divisions, with job shadowing, classroom sessions, and leadership development. This program provides opportunities to learn, grow and lead within a long-time Caterpillar dealer, with travel to our Austell, GA location for meetings and program events.
