Job description
Yancey Bros. Co. in Georgia is launching its Sales and Leadership Training (SaLT) Program. This full-time, 12-week rotation-based training prepares you for a future in sales and leadership within the Caterpillar equipment dealership ecosystem.
As a Sales and Leadership Trainee, you will rotate across divisions, undergo classroom and on-the-job training, and participate in leadership development activities. Successful completion leads to a full-time home base assignment and a SaLT Alumni status.
