nThis position is located at one of our offices within Southern Delaware including but not limited to Dover, Georgetown, Rehoboth, or Milford.
nThe target compensation for this position is $57,530 annually, which is based on an hourly rate of $22.58, plus any applicable overtime compensation for a 46-hour work week.

nResponsibilities
nWe are now hiring for immediate openings in our Sales Management Training program. As a MT, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based out of one of our neighborhood branches. You will be entrusted to serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind-the-scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills you need to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team.
nIn our hands-on learning environment, you will receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful. You will also get out into the community and establish the relationships essential to building your own business.

nQualifications
nnnBachelor's degree required.
n
nnMust have 6 months of cumulative experience within the last 5 years in any of the following:
n
nnSales & Customer Service: commission sales, retail, serving/restaurant/bar, or hospitality industry
n
nnLeadership: military, social or academic organizations
n
nnSports Leadership & Competition: athlete on a professional, semi-professional or collegiate team
n
nnMust have a valid driver’s license.
n
nnMust be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
n
nnMust be living in Southern Delaware within 30 days of the anticipated start date.
