Job description
Our client is a privately held company specializing in secondary packaging supplies and end-of-the-line equipment. They're looking for a Sales Manager to lead their packaging solutions team and drive new business.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Leading a team of 2-4 MW-based sales representatives
Developing & executing business strategy and account plans
Selling secondary & tertiary packaging supplies and equipment
What We’re Looking For:
Proven success developing new business in the packaging automation space
Experience working within a packaging distribution environment is a plus
Prior people management experience preferred
