We're currently looking for a Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Vice President of Sales, this individual will act as a product expert, consultant, and relationship-builder. If you're passionate about driving business growth, delivering results, and creating meaningful client partnerships—this could be the perfect fit for you.
What You'll Do
Build and maintain strong business relationships with current and prospective clients.
Analyze customer potential and identify new commercial market opportunities.
Guide customers through the sales process by understanding their needs and recommending solutions.
Conduct technical sales consultations and product presentations.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, accounting, shipping, and tech services) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally.
Represent Foliot Furniture at trade shows and industry conventions.
What You Bring
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Confident and persuasive presentation skills, including the ability to speak to large groups.
Excellent conflict resolution, objection handling, and negotiation abilities.
In-depth understanding of business operations and market dynamics.
Ability to adapt strategies based on evolving market trends and customer feedback.
Detail-oriented with strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
A results-driven, collaborative mindset with the ability to lead and work well under pressure.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of successful experience in a sales role.
Hospitality industry experience is highly desired.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
