The Opportunity
The Weiner Group Inc. is looking for a motivated Sales Manager who is ready to take their sales career to the next level. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys leading others, developing talent, and building a strong sales organization while continuing to grow their own business.
Our agents have access to a wide variety of life insurance products and carriers, allowing them to provide solutions based on the individual needs of their clients. We provide the training, resources, and support to help motivated professionals build and grow.
Your Role
As a Sales Manager, you will focus on developing people, driving production, and expanding your business. You’ll have the opportunity to recruit and mentor agents, provide guidance and coaching, and help create a culture focused on consistency, professionalism, and results.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Build Your Team
Identify and connect with individuals interested in a career in life insurance
Recruit motivated sales professionals and help them get started
Develop relationships with agents and support their long-term growth
Coach & Develop
Provide ongoing guidance, encouragement, and sales coaching
Help agents strengthen their product knowledge and client conversations
Share proven strategies, resources, and best practices
Drive Production
Establish goals and help your team stay focused on consistent activity
Monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Lead by example through your own sales and professional activity
Expand Your Business
Develop strategies for growing your market and client base
Build a strong professional network
Create opportunities for continued business and financial growth
What We’re Looking For
Leadership, sales, or management experience is preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Motivated, goal-oriented, and self-driven
Ability to coach, motivate, and develop others
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Professional and confident when communicating with clients and agents
Willingness to learn and follow established systems and processes
Life insurance experience is a plus, but not required
A life insurance license is not required to apply. If you are not currently licensed, we can assist you with the licensing process.
Must reside in the U.S.
