About the Company
Take charge of expanding North America’s air ticket distribution market, develop and maintain channel partners including local air ticket agents, wholesalers and travel agencies.
About the Role
Negotiate, finalize and execute distribution cooperation agreements, formulate airfares, policies and settlement rules to maximize mutual benefits.
Responsibilities
Handle daily channel coordination, order processing and after-sales matters, respond promptly to partners’ demands and issues, and maintain stable long-term distribution partnerships.
Research North America’s air ticket market trends, competitor policies and channel demands, design channel promotion, policy rollout and market expansion strategies to boost the company’s market share and brand influence in the region.
Participate in drafting annual development plans and performance targets for distribution business, hit revenue and sales KPIs, and continuously optimize channel policies, settlement procedures and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Work eligibility: Hold valid legal working status in North America; fresh graduates are acceptable.
Required Skills
Fluent business English capable of independent channel negotiation; Chinese speaking ability is a plus.
Prior experience in air ticket distribution, airline channels, ticketing wholesalers or GDS operation is preferred.
Strong channel development and negotiation skills, good teamwork spirit, able to independently develop and manage distribution channels.
Sharp market insight and business acumen, familiar with North America air ticket distribution rules, fare systems and channel ecosystem.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, high stress tolerance, able to adapt to the volatile market and flexible work schedule of distribution business.
