About the Role:
The Sales Manager role is ideal for driven professionals with a strong understanding of capital equipment and end-of-line packaging systems. This position focuses on developing new business and nurturing existing customer relationships across industries such as food & beverage, consumer goods, and logistics. You’ll serve as a consultative resource to clients, identifying pain points and recommending solutions across a portfolio of automation technologies, including marking, coding, strapping, and wrapping systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute territory sales strategies to expand market share and drive revenue growth in packaging and automation systems.
Promote a portfolio that includes case coding, case erecting, wrapping, and strapping equipment to manufacturing and distribution clients.
Conduct on-site visits, audits, and solution-based sales presentations to demonstrate value and support capital equipment purchases.
Qualifications:
Strong background in packaging equipment sales, with specific experience in case coders, erecting systems, stretch wrappers, and end-of-line automation.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage technical details and align cross-functional teams with customer expectations.
