Location: Santa Clara, CA, USA
Job Responsibilities
1、Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets for flat panel detector (FPD) products in the US market.
2、Develop new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers, including medical device manufacturers, OEMs, system integrators, distributors, and other industry partners.
3、Explore business opportunities across multiple application fields, including medical imaging, dental imaging, veterinary imaging, industrial inspection, and new energy.
4、Manage the full B2B sales cycle, including customer prospecting, needs assessment, product presentations, quotations, negotiations, contract closing, and account development.
5、Work closely with headquarters, R&D, product management, and technical support teams to understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
6、Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and support market development.
7、Maintain accurate sales pipelines, customer records, and sales forecasts, and regularly report sales performance and market feedback.
8、Attend customer visits, industry exhibitions, and business events as required.
Qualifications
1、Bachelor's degree or above in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Medical Imaging, or a related field.
2、At least 5 years of B2B sales experience in medical devices, medical imaging equipment, medical device components, or related industries.
3、Experience selling medical device components, imaging components, or products to OEMs and system integrators is strongly preferred. Experience with flat panel detectors or X-ray imaging products is a significant advantage.
4、Proven ability to develop new customers, manage key accounts, negotiate commercial agreements, and achieve sales targets.
5、Strong understanding of technical products and the ability to communicate product value to both technical and business stakeholders.
6、Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
7、Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a dynamic business environment.
8、Fluent in English, with a willingness to travel within the US and internationally as needed.
