Avansis Solutions is looking for a Sales Manager to accelerate our growth by selling consulting, implementation, and optimization services around next-generation AI-native ERP and finance automation platforms . You won’t sell software licenses; you’ll sell the professional services, and deployment solutions that help mid-market companies scale. We need a consultative closer who understands enterprise workflows, builds strong vendor partnerships, and wants to help shape a growing service practice from the ground up.
Your Impact
Drive Service Revenue: Own the full sales lifecycle for professional services, from lead generation to closing strategic consulting and managed services engagements.
Vendor & Strategic Partnerships: Build and grow relationships with emerging AI-native ERP and finance automation software vendors to position Avansis as their preferred implementation and services partner. Drive co-selling, referral, and joint go-to-market service programs.
Consultative Approach: Scope tailored professional services solutions by translating complex financial pain points into practical digital roadmaps and autonomous workflows.
Pipeline Mastery: Build and manage a strong services pipeline and accurate forecast, targeting CFOs, CIOs, and finance leaders in the small and mid-market space.
Qualifications
Proven Solution Closer: 3-5 years of experience selling ERP and finance automation platforms and professional services .
Partnership Experience: Track record of partnering with SaaS software reps to co-sell the professional services required to successfully deploy their software.
Builder Mindset: A \"hunter\" with an entrepreneurial streak who is comfortable scoping custom solutions in a growing firm and has the polish to represent a premier consulting brand.
