Iron Bloom Collective is hiring Entry-Level Marketing & Sales Assistants to join our growing team.
If you're outgoing, motivated, competitive, and enjoy working with people, this is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing, sales, customer engagement, and business development —even if you've never worked in the industry before.
No experience? No problem. We provide the training.
What You'll Do
As a Marketing & Sales Assistant, you'll work directly with customers while supporting marketing and customer acquisition campaigns for our clients.
Your responsibilities may include:
Representing client brands in professional, face-to-face interactions
Engaging with prospective and existing customers
Learning and communicating product and campaign information
Helping customers understand products and services
Supporting customer acquisition and marketing campaigns
Creating positive customer experiences
Meeting individual and team goals
Participating in team meetings, training, and coaching
Tracking campaign activity and results
Developing your communication, sales, marketing, and leadership skills
You’ll learn by doing—not just by sitting through training videos.
No Experience Required
This is an entry-level position , and we train our team from the ground up.
