Job description
The Ghoman Group in Lebanon, Indiana is seeking a Director of Sales to lead the sales department and drive annual targets across designated regions and accounts. You will motivate the team, design strategic sales plans, and assess costs and competition to optimize pricing and growth.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business, at least 5 years in a similar role, and exceptional negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
