Sales & Marketing RepresentativeServiceMaster of Nampa is looking for an outgoing, motivated, and relationship-driven Sales & Marketing Representative to help grow our business throughout the Treasure Valley. This is a hands-on business development position focused on getting out into the community, meeting people, and building relationships with businesses and professionals who can refer customers to ServiceMaster. Our primary referral partners include insurance agents, property managers, plumbers, real estate professionals, contractors, and other local businesses. We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting new people, is comfortable starting conversations, and understands that great sales come from building strong, long-term relationships.What You'll DoDevelop new referral relationships throughout the Treasure ValleyVisit insurance agencies, property management companies, plumbing companies, real estate offices, and other local businessesMaintain and strengthen relationships with existing referral partnersMake regular in-person visits, phone calls, emails, and follow-upsEducate referral partners about ServiceMaster's water, fire, mold, and restoration servicesIdentify new opportunities and potential referral sourcesAttend networking events, trade shows, association meetings, and community eventsHelp coordinate marketing and customer-appreciation eventsAssist with social media and other local marketing effortsTrack contacts, referrals, follow-ups, and sales activitiesWork with management to develop new ideas for generating businessRepresent ServiceMaster professionally throughout the communityWhat We're Looking ForSales, marketing, business development, or customer service experience preferredRestoration, construction, insurance, property management, or related industry experience is a plusOutgoing personality with strong communication and people skillsComfortable approaching and introducing yourself to new peopleSelf-motivated and able to manage your daily scheduleStrong organizational and follow-up skillsProfessional appearance and communicationBasic computer and social media skillsValid driver's license and acceptable driving recordAbility to travel throughout the Treasure Valley during the workdayCompensation: $25.00 per hourBuilt on a foundation of great brands and employees with a passion for service, our vision is to be the leading provider of essential services through empowered people, world-class customer service and convenient access.
