Manager Trainee Program
Full-Time | Entry-Level | Sales | Paid Training | Leadership Development
About the Opportunity
We are currently looking for motivated individuals to join our Manager Trainee Program .
This full-time, hands-on training program is designed for individuals interested in developing experience in sales, customer engagement, business development, team leadership, and management .
Manager Trainees begin by learning the fundamentals of the sales process, customer acquisition, and relationship building. As you develop and demonstrate strong performance, you’ll have opportunities to expand your skills in training, coaching, leadership, and team development .
No previous management experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing support throughout the development process.
What You’ll Do
Engage directly with prospective customers through face-to-face interactions
Introduce and explain available products, services, and promotions
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Build strong customer relationships and provide a positive experience
Develop effective sales and communication techniques
Work toward individual and team sales goals
Track individual performance and sales activity
Participate in ongoing sales, product, and leadership training
Develop skills in team training, coaching, and performance management
Assist with onboarding and supporting newer team members as you progress
Work alongside leadership to gain exposure to team and business operations
Take on additional responsibilities based on performance and development
Help maintain a positive, professional, and performance-driven team environment
What We’re Looking For
Previous sales, customer service, or leadership experience is a plus, but not required .
Ideal candidates will have:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive and professional attitude
Goal-oriented and self-motivated mindset
Confidence interacting directly with customers
Willingness to learn and accept coaching
Strong organization and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Interest in sales, business development, management, or leadership
