Sales Professional – ProForce Pest Control
$2,000 sign-on bonus · Base + uncapped commission · Company vehicle
Fort Myers, FL – Onsite
What you’ll do:
You’ll work in the field with your Branch Manager and Sales Team Leader to bring in new customers and grow existing accounts. Day-to-day, that means:
Running scheduled inspections with current customers and recommending added services
Prospecting in your local area to find new business
Explaining our services clearly and closing accounts that stick
Hitting weekly and monthly sales targets
What you get:
Base pay plus commission with no cap
$2,000 sign-on bonus after 90 days

What we’re looking for:
Sales experience preferred, but not required
Confident, clear communicator who likes talking to people
Self-motivated and comfortable working on your own
Valid driver’s license; must pass MVR, background check, and drug screen
This is a field job! You’ll be out talking to homeowners, and some days are long. Your income depends on your effort. If you’re competitive and like being paid for results, that’s the upside.
