Sales Office CoordinatorAt Junior Library Guild (JLG), we help schools and libraries discover exceptional books that inspire young readers. We love books, support libraries across the country, and believe great work happens when talented people enjoy working together. We're looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive professional to help keep our Dublin office running smoothly while supporting our sales team behind the scenes.The Sales Office Coordinator is the go-to person for keeping our office organized, welcoming, and running efficiently. This role combines office management, employee support, SharePoint administration, and light CRM maintenance to help employees stay productive and connected.The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and proactive. This role is best suited for someone who enjoys figuring things out, takes ownership of their work, and is comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.This is a Part-Time Contractor opportunity.If you enjoy keeping things organized, helping people, and making an office run smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoOffice Coordination & Employee ExperienceMaintain office supplies, snacks, beverages, and common areasCoordinate office deliveries, orders, and vendor requestsRun occasional local business errands using a personal vehicle; mileage will be reimbursedServe as the primary contact for office vendors and building-related needsHelp maintain conference rooms and meeting spacesCoordinate employee lunches, celebrations, recognition activities, and team eventsHelp keep the office welcoming, organized, and running smoothlyServe as a friendly resource for employees, visitors, and vendorsEmployee Onboarding SupportCoordinate office onboarding activities for new hiresPrepare workspaces and welcome materials for new employeesPartner with hiring managers and IT to ensure new hires have a smooth first dayConduct office tours and help new employees get settledAssist with interview scheduling and candidate visit logistics when neededHelp create a positive and welcoming onboarding experienceSharePoint & Resource ManagementMaintain and organize the sales team's SharePoint siteEnsure sales resources, training materials, templates, FAQs, and presentations remain current and easy to locateUpdate team communications and shared resources as neededPartner with sales leadership to keep information organized and accessibleCRM & Sales SupportAssist with CRM data maintenance, list uploads, and data cleanupSupport basic reporting and sales administration projectsCoordinate sales contests, incentive programs, and prize fulfillmentHelp create and distribute contest communications, leaderboards, and recognition materialsSupport special projects for the sales leadership teamQualificationsRequired2+ years of office administration, office management, or administrative support experienceStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh attention to detail and follow-throughProficiency with Microsoft Office applicationsAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesSelf-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvementValid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to run occasional local business errandsPreferredExperience with SharePoint administrationExperience with Salesforce or other CRM systemsExperience supporting a sales organizationExperience planning employee events, recognition programs, or sales contestsWhy Join JLG?Flexible 5 day a week, Monday to Friday daytime scheduleFriendly, collaborative office environmentMeaningful work supporting schools and librariesVariety in your day and opportunities to make an impactOpportunities to help plan employee events, recognition activities, onboarding experiences, and sales contestsA team that works hard, supports one another, and enjoys being together
