Job description
Sales Operations Associate (III)Pay range: $55 -$60/hr on W2Duration: 8 Months contract (ends on 1st week of Apr)Location: Mountain View, CA (Hybrid: Tues-Thurs in the office. Mon & Friday remote)Workshop design & facilitation: Develop & facilitate the delivery of Labs, ensuring each experience helps leaders to ideate and take action on a business challenge, promote a mindset shift, and accelerate growth.Relationship Building: Proactively connect with sales teams to understand the current state of their customer relationships, and leverage context to optimize the Labs experience.Strategic Impact & Sales acceleration: Directly influence strategic conversations with C-level clients, ensuring Executive labs lead to follow-on engagements or new business opportunities.Thought Leadership Integration: Collaborate with Strategic Insights leads, Sales Eng, product teams, and other cross-functional internal thought leaders to integrate and co-develop market leading thought leadership topics into facilitated sessions.Mastery of Craft: Apply expertise in facilitation, experience design, and storytelling to create memorable and impactful experiences for senior leaders.
