You'll keep field agents on schedule, connect departments across the company, and help build lasting relationships with our credit union partners. Everything you do helps us reach more families with the protection they deserve. This role is a great fit for an organized, people-focused problem solver who wants their work to make a visible difference every day. There's even some occasional travel to meet partners in person.Keep the team movingBuild and manage schedules for our Vice President and sales teams so field agents get to worksite locations prepared and on time.Share schedules with agents and credit union contacts, and keep everyone updated as plans change.Track daily attendance and let credit union managers know about any delays or planned PTO.Work with our MD Field Manager to plan branch visits.Be the connectorAct as the go-to liaison between Quality Assurance, Compliance, Business Development, and Field Sales Management, helping teams work together and communicate clearly.Partner with IT, Marketing, and Business Intelligence to keep our reporting accurate and our operations efficient.Keep our data sharpMaintain our CRM system so activities and schedules are always current.Own projects and eventsLead special projects from start to finish, making sure they're done accurately and on time.Manage supplies and promotional items and make sure credit union branches get what they need.Help plan and run Member Appreciation events and join branch huddles to build strong relationships with our partners.Make things betterLook for smarter ways to work, then research and roll out new ideas.Build strong, trusted relationships with credit union partners and internal teams to help us reach our goals.What You BringStrong communication skills, both written and verbalSharp critical thinking and problem-solving skillsExcellent organization and attention to detail
