Responsible for supporting the sales department through implementing process improvements and increasing sales leadership visibility into their business. This fast-paced role involves using sales software, drawing up sales reports, success plans & reconciliations. The Specialist is a main point of contact for field sales leadership to address inquiries around compensation, sales management tools, sales reporting and anything specific to Sales Operations.Do YOU Possess These Skills and Attributes?Collect, process, and analyze large amounts of dataClearly, concisely and effectively communicate across all departments and levelsStrong computer skills: sales forecasting software, Excel, CRM, Qlik Sense, and MS SuiteEvaluate compensation, sales metrics and provide quick turnaround to internal stakeholdersProblem solver, adaptable, and agile thinkerAbility to work independently and in a team environmentAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and/or projectsAttention to detail and outstanding organizational skillsDo These Responsibilities Interest YOU?Creation, development, and processing of sales/commission reportsCompile and process sales reporting scorecard informationRespond to questions regarding commission plansResponsible for weekly and monthly reporting and creation of standard and ad-hoc reportsCompile, research, process and validate adjustments entered for sales teamEfficiently use Excel, CRM and Qlik Sense for data pulling and reporting across sales operationsDevelopment of our internal systems to maximize sales efficiency & provide high value insights to selling processDevelopment and maintenance of success plans and sales hiringAnalyze & assess sales performance, identifying areas of strengths & weaknesses to improve sales performance by sharing best practicesPerforms other duties as assignedComplies with all policies and standards to support the efficient operations of the department and companyDo YOU Meet These Requirements?This is not a remote role.
