Role Description
The Sales & Partner Development role is a full-time, hybrid position based at Model Society in Dallas, TX. This role is responsible for driving membership growth and revenue by cultivating relationships with prospective members, local businesses, and strategic partners. Day-to-day tasks include conducting outreach and sales meetings, presenting membership offerings, managing the sales pipeline, and maintaining accurate records in CRM systems. The role also involves coordinating with channel partners, supporting marketing campaigns, representing Model Society at events, and ensuring a seamless handoff to operations and member services. Collaboration with internal teams to refine offerings, gather feedback from partners, and contribute to sales strategies is expected.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and Communication skills, including the ability to build trust and convey value clearly.
Experience in Sales and Account Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue or membership targets.
Background in Customer Service, with a focus on delivering high-quality member and partner experiences.
Ability to develop and manage Channel Partners, including identifying opportunities, negotiating agreements, and nurturing long-term relationships.
Familiarity with CRM tools, prospecting techniques, and basic sales analytics.
Comfort working in a wellness, hospitality, or luxury service environment is beneficial.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
