Sales Patient Coordinator – High-Value Dental Cases100% Remote | Full-time Contractor | LATAM / APAC / EU USD 800–1,100/month + Commission + Performance BonusesOur client is a leading global medical and dental tourism platform connecting patients with trusted doctors and dentists around the world. With 10,000+ healthcare professionals across 6,000+ clinics in 30 countries, the company helps international patients access high-quality and affordable dental care abroad.About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced Sales Patient Coordinator to join the Dental Team and manage high-value dental cases ranging from $3,000 to $25,000+. This is a high-ticket B2C sales role, focused on building trust with patients, managing longer sales cycles, handling objections, converting qualified leads into bookings, and ensuring patients follow through with their treatment.Key ResponsibilitiesConvert inbound and outbound leads into qualified, confirmed bookingsManage long sales cycles with structured and consistent follow-upsHandle objections related to price, travel, treatment, and clinic credibilityPresent treatment packages, quotes, and relevant information professionallyQualify patients based on treatment intent, financial readiness, and timelineFollow up with booked patients to ensure they are prepared and ready to travelMaintain accurate CRM records throughout the entire sales funnelWork closely with Team Leaders to ensure booking quality and attendanceContribute to sales targets, coaching sessions, and performance reviewsRequirements5+ years of sales experienceProven experience closing high-value/$3,000+ dealsExperience with long-cycle B2C salesStrong objection handling and negotiation skillsExcellent follow-up and pipeline management disciplineFluent English, both written and spokenExperience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.Comfortable working remotely and managing multiple communication channelsWillingness to work weekends and flexible shiftsStrongly PreferredMedical or dental tourism experienceHealthcare, travel, or international B2C sales backgroundExperience selling packages or bundled servicesExperience working with international customersExperience with high-ticket consultation-based salesWhat's OfferedUSD 800–1,100 fixed monthly salaryCommission opportunitiesMonthly performance bonuses of $100–$1,000$70/month mobile & internet allowanceHealthcare allowance100% remote working environmentInternational team across multiple continentsCareer progression opportunities toward Senior Sales / Closer / Team LeadPerformance-based incentives and global team rewardsEquipmentCandidates should have:Reliable laptop/desktop with webcamHigh-speed internet + backup connectionSmartphone with WhatsApp and video capabilitiesIf you have a strong background in high-ticket sales and enjoy helping customers make confident decisions, we'd love to hear from you.
