Job description
BURDLIFE Jewelry is seeking a Sales Performance Manager to lead revenue growth and performance across our Nashville retail locations. This hands-on role partners with Store Managers to set ambitious goals, coach selling techniques, and drive accountability on KPIs.
You will coach on customer engagement, product knowledge, and clienteling, review daily and weekly reports, and implement actionable plans to elevate store results.
