Job description
Join our team as a Sales Professional at KIA of Rainbow City, where you will play a key role in driving our sales success and delivering exceptional customer service in Rainbow City, AL. This position offers a competitive compensation range of $24,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year, paid bi-weekly, with ample opportunity for growth and earning potential.
Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and provide tailored recommendations.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of KIA vehicles, features, and promotions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities and customer interactions.
Requirements
Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
