Position Title : Sales
Build a territory, win new business, and take ownership of a market with serious growth potential. A well-established manufacturer serving the pre-engineered metal building industry is seeking an experienced Sales professional to develop and grow its Oklahoma and North Texas territory. This remote, field-based role will focus on generating new business, developing relationships with key construction partners, identifying projects early, and managing opportunities through the full sales cycle.
The ideal candidate is a self-motivated B2B sales professional with a strong construction network, proven experience generating business from the ground up, and the ability to independently manage a territory while consistently building a healthy pipeline.
Salary Range : $85,000 - $100,000 / Year DOE
Responsibilities
Build and grow the Oklahoma and North Texas territory, with a strong focus on the Oklahoma City and Dallas‑Fort Worth corridor
Prospect for new customers and projects, developing relationships with contractors, developers, erectors, owners, architects, and engineers
Identify construction opportunities early, including projects before they formally go out for bid
Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and relationship development through proposals, negotiations and closing
Follow up consistently on quotes and proposals, maintaining momentum and converting opportunities into new business
Partner closely with estimating, engineering, and project management teams to deliver accurate proposals and strong customer experiences
Maintain an organized CRM and active sales pipeline, while growing existing accounts and generating repeat business
Requirements
3–5 years of outside B2B sales experience, preferably within commercial or industrial construction
Experience selling construction materials, roofing, construction manufacturing, or related products and services

Experience using a CRM to manage prospects, opportunities, follow-up activity, and pipeline
Strong communication, relationship‑building, organization, and negotiation skills

Ability and willingness to travel throughout Oklahoma and North Texas to meet customers and visit project sites
Must be based in or near the assigned Oklahoma/North Texas territory
