Job description
A growing B2B technology and solutions provider seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service & Quotations Coordinator to support their sales and operations teams.
This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, experience working with quotes and CRM systems, and a desire to grow into a more technical and project-focused position over time.
Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and gather basic customer information.
Enter customer data and inquiries into the CRM system for follow-up by the sales team.
Prepare and process customer quotes using product information and pricing spreadsheets.
Enter and manage quote details within companies system.
Support administrative and secretarial functions, including calendar management and general office coordination.
Maintain showroom organization and presentation.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quote accuracy and timely customer responses.
Review product lists, pricing sheets, and project information to prepare proposals.
Assist with project documentation and customer communications.
Gradually develop an understanding of project scopes and customer requirements to provide greater support to the sales and operations teams.
Requirements:
2+ years of administrative, customer service, sales support, or quotation experience.
Experience working in a B2B environment preferred.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Experience using CRM systems; ConnectWise experience is a plus.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
Ability to learn technical products, services, and project requirements.
