Key responsibilities

Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients across various industries

Identify client hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions

Source, screen, and interview candidates for sales-related roles

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job brief to offer negotiation

Proactively generate new business through calls, networking, and meetings

Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates

Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and hiring advice to clients

Meet and exceed individual and team revenue targets

Requirements

Previous experience in recruitment, sales, or business development preferred

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Highly motivated with a results-driven mindset

Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not essential
