Position: Sales Rep With Solar Experienced Wanted
We are seeking experienced Solar Sales Reps ready to start selling roofing. This is a commission-only roofing sales position with real earning power. Meet with homeowners, inspect roofs, explain options, and close sales. With average commissions of $1,000–$3,000 per sale , a few deals a month adds up fast.
What Our Reps Earn
Roofing Sales Trainees: $75,000–$125,000 in their first year
Experienced Average Reps: $100,000–$150,000
Strong Performers: $150,000–$250,000
Top Reps: $250,000–$350,000+
