We’re looking for a sales rep who doesn’t want to be transactional, someone who wants to build trust, solve real problems, and create long-term customers.
Prospect and close new business (cold outreach, referrals, targeted accounts)
Run consultative discovery with fleet customers
Sell driver safety, telematics, and camera solutions with a value-first approach
Own the full sales cycle from first call to close
Build relationships that continue well after the sale

Prospect and engage target accounts through cold outreach, referrals, and strategic targeting
Open conversations with a consultative, value-first approach
Manage pipeline of assigned inbound web and BDR leads
Build trust with decision makers and stakeholders
Develop relationships that extend beyond the initial deal
Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close
Prepare proposals that clearly communicate ROI and value
Manage pipeline and activity in CRM
Visit potential clients to better understand the client’s business needs and provide them the best Gridline solution
Interact with existing customers to increase sales of products and/or services
Generates revenue by soliciting and preparing quotations for potential clients and current customer customers to obtain orders
Sales funnel management in CRM Platform

2 years technology software sales experience required

Compensation Details
The potential salary range for this role is $50,000 to $75,000 per year, with eligibility for bonus or merit program. Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, market conditions, and internal equity.
