Job description
Commission Sales TrainingThe number one reason people walk away from commission sales before they start: they don't think anyone will actually teach them what to do. That concern is legitimate. Most companies hand you a territory and wish you luck. We don't operate that way. When you join Premier, you're paired with a dedicated trainer. You go through structured classroom onboarding first — roofing fundamentals, insurance process, how the claim works from first knock to signed contract. Then you shadow in the field. Then your trainer works alongside you until you've closed your first claims. The program is built around one outcome: getting you to a productive income as fast as possible. Most reps close their first claim within the first week. By the end of year one, reps who complete training are earning in the $80K–$110K range. That's not a ceiling — it's where most people land when they do the work. If you've never sold roofing before, that's the point. Nearly half our reps came from outside the industry entirely.
