Entry Level Sales Representative
Denver | Entry Level | Full-Time | In-Person

We are currently hiring an Entry Level Sales Representative to join our Denver team. This position is designed for someone who wants to build professional sales and leadership skills while gaining hands-on experience in a team-oriented environment.
No prior sales experience is required. New team members receive training in customer communication, sales techniques, product and service knowledge, and account representation.
For individuals interested in long-term professional growth, Atlas also provides opportunities to take on additional responsibility and develop leadership skills based on performance and business needs.
Primary Responsibilities:
As an Entry Level Sales Representative, you'll work directly with customers while learning the fundamentals of sales and customer acquisition.
Meet with prospective customers through face-to-face interactions
Learn and present our clients' products and services
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Provide professional and knowledgeable customer service
Work toward individual and team sales goals
Participate in ongoing sales and leadership training
Maintain accurate customer and sales information
As experience is gained, assist with training and supporting newer team members
Qualifications:

Atlas provides hands-on training for this position. New representatives receive instruction and coaching in:
Sales and customer communication
Product and service knowledge
Customer acquisition and account representation
Territory and time management
Goal setting and performance development
Leadership and team development
Advancement opportunities are based on individual performance, demonstrated skills, available opportunities, and business needs.
Compensation
Expected annual compensation: $45,000–$65,000+
Compensation for this position includes base pay of $600 per week or the option of uncapped commission. Top earners average $1200+ per week with additional performance-based bonuses and incentives where applicable.
Actual earnings vary based on individual sales performance and other applicable factors. Compensation is not guaranteed at the top of the posted range.

This is a full-time, in-person position in the Denver, Colorado area. This is not a remote position.
