As a comfort advisor your primary responsibility will be to offer our products and services to residential and commercial clients.ResponsibilitiesConduct in-home consultations with potential customers in order to showcase our products and services.Create customized solutions that meet the needs of each individual customer.Present options to customers on site using our state-of-the-art software.Own the sale from start to finish, be a point of contact for the customer throughout their project and follow up with the customer after the sale to ensure their satisfaction and to generate referrals.Maintain extensive product knowledge, including features, benefits, and pricing.Participate in weekly sales training with the rest of the team to continue growing your skillset.RequirementsPrevious sales experience is required, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers.Familiarity with plumbing and HVAC systems and the ability to explain their features and benefits to customers.Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and goal oriented.A high level of organizational skills and attention to detail.Benefits & CompensationGenerous compensation plan includes commission and bonusesA company provided vehicle, tablet, shirts etc.On and off-site paid trainingPTO, paid holidays, and birthdayMedical/Dental/VisionIf you're a hardworking team player who enjoys staying busy and wants to be part of a growing home service company, we'd love to meet you!
