Help thousands of seniors navigate healthcare while building a high-earning sales career.
We're hiring Sales Reps to join the team at Ez Health, a fast-growing healthcare technology company helping Americans understand and access their Medicare benefits. You'll speak with leads, educate them on available healthcare programs, and book them with licensed specialists who complete the enrollment process. If you thrive on high volume outbound calling, love helping people, and want uncapped earning potential, we'd love to meet you.
What you'll do
Call warm inbound leads throughout the day.
Build trust and educate seniors on available Medicare benefits.
Qualify prospects and schedule eligibility appointments.
Handle objections with empathy and confidence.
Maintain accurate CRM records.
Consistently achieve daily and monthly booking goals.
What success looks like
~150-200 outbound calls per day.
~6 qualified appointments booked per day.
Consistently exceed activity and conversion targets.
Deliver an outstanding experience for every lead.
What we're looking for
5+ years of sales experience.
2+ years in high-volume phone sales.
Comfortable making 100+ calls per day.
Strong communication and objection-handling skills.
Experience working toward measurable sales targets.
Comfortable using CRMs and sales technology.
Experience working remotely.
Nice to have
Medicare, healthcare, insurance, or senior-focused sales experience.
Appointment setting or inside sales experience.
Cold calling experience.

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range: $35,000–$45,000
On-Target Earnings: $90,000+
Top performers earn $130,000+
