We're seeking motivated individuals who are ready to begin a career in life insurance sales. As a Sales Representative, you'll connect with prospective clients, learn how to identify their insurance needs, and help guide them toward coverage solutions that fit their goals.
No prior insurance experience is required. We provide licensing assistance, comprehensive training, and ongoing mentorship to help you develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed in the life insurance industry.
This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, communicating with people, and working toward personal and professional growth in a performance-based environment.
Connect with prospective clients to discuss their life insurance needs and coverage options. Learn to identify client goals and provide guidance on available life insurance solutions. Participate in company training, mentorship, and coaching to develop sales skills and product knowledge. Follow established systems and processes to support client engagement and individual performance goals. Maintain professionalism and follow company policies, ethical standards, and insurance guidelines.
No previous insurance experience required; training and licensing assistance are available for qualified candidates. Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and commitment to personal growth. Ability to work independently while following company training, systems, and processes. Comfortable communicating with clients through phone, email, and virtual platforms. Interest in helping individuals and families protect their financial future. Must be able to obtain a life insurance license (licensing assistance provided).

Performance-based compensation with uncapped earning potential. Daily pay opportunities based on production. Compensation & Business Structure This is a 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity. Performance-based incentives are available based on individual production and results. This role provides the opportunity to build valuable sales and client relationship skills while growing within the life insurance industry.
