As a Sales Representative, you'll work directly with homeowners to identify exterior restoration needs, provide professional inspections, and help customers find the right solutions for their homes. No roofing experience required. We'll provide paid training, tools, and ongoing support to help you develop the skills needed to succeed.Office LocationOffice 117 – Springfield Market Report To Office: 904 N Main St, Unit 5 Nixa, MO 65714 Hiring throughout southwest Missouri, including the Springfield, Bolivar, Lebanon, and Joplin areas. Important: Your primary reporting location is the Nixa office. Local travel throughout the assigned market is required.Job SnapshotEmployment Type: Full-Time (W-2) Compensation: $50,000–$200,000+ annually Pay Structure: Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission Training: Paid Training Provided Schedule: Daytime, evenings, and weekends based on customer appointments Travel: Local travel throughout the southwest Missouri market Experience: No roofing experience required
