What You'll Do: ✅ Connect with individuals and families who are interested in life insurance coverage.
✅ Speak with clients by phone and video to understand their needs and help them find the right coverage.
✅ Follow a simple, proven sales process with training and support along the way.
✅ Learn from experienced agents and receive ongoing coaching to help you improve.
✅ Build relationships with clients while helping families protect what matters most.

Who We're Looking For: ✔️ No insurance experience necessary.

✔️ Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
✔️ English and/or Spanish speakers welcome.

Compensation: Commission only.
Schedule: Full-time.
Work Location: In-person at: 953 American Ln, Schaumburg, IL 60173. While many client conversations take place by phone or video, agents work alongside the Wolfpack Financial team in the office. This is not a remote position.
