Your Role: Sales Engineer
You'll be the face of a trusted local brand, meeting with homeowners and commercial clients across Westchester County and surrounding areas. You'll deliver personalized, on-site consultations, guide customers through their HVAC options, and drive revenue by turning high-quality leads into satisfied, long-term clients.
Convert qualified, high-intent leads into successful HVAC installations across residential and light commercial projects
Conduct on-site evaluations at homes and commercial properties across the service territory, assessing each space and listening carefully to customer needs
Translate technical scope into clear, customized proposals that showcase the value, performance, and craftsmanship behind our HVAC solutions
Build trust through clear communication, education, and guidance on system options, energy incentives, and financing where applicable
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and an exceptional customer experience from sale through install
Own your pipeline and results — your drive, responsiveness, and follow-through will directly shape your success and customer satisfaction

Job Requirements
3+ years of sales experience; HVAC, mechanical, or clean energy strongly preferred
An established track record — you've met or beaten goals and can speak to the book of business you've built
Comfort selling across residential and commercial settings; experience with municipal, institutional, or property-management clients a plus
Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-through
A self-starter mentality — you manage your own schedule, pipeline, and priorities in the field
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required)
Background check and drug screening required
