About the Opportunity
American Income Life is a well-established organization with a mission to protect families and serve working people. Since 1951, the company has supported working-class families by providing supplemental benefit programs to union members, associations, and their families across North America.
This position is fully remote and focuses on helping members understand the benefit programs available to them. You'll connect with individuals who have requested information, schedule virtual appointments, explain coverage options, and help guide them through the enrollment process.
We're looking for motivated, people-focused individuals who are coachable, organized, and comfortable working independently from home while still being supported by a team environment.

Preferred Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to stay organized and self-motivated while working remotely
Comfortable speaking with clients by phone and Zoom
Able to work independently while following a proven system
Sales or customer service experience is an asset, but not required
Daily Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and set appointments with members
Conduct virtual benefit presentations over Zoom
Use provided scripts and needs-analysis tools to explain available options
Assist clients with required forms and application steps
Follow up on underwriting requests to help clients complete the approval process
Track and report daily activity numbers
Attend optional training sessions for continued development
Full training is provided, and no previous industry experience is required.
