In addition you will:Identify, qualify, and advance sales opportunities in partnership with Strategic Account Managers, dealers, and customerLead CRM utilization efforts, ensuring accurate, high?quality data and consistent process executionBuild, maintain, and analyze a healthy sales pipeline to support forecasting and growth objectiveDrive disciplined sales processes to move prospects through the funnel and support timely decision?makingWork closely with internal teams, dealers, and strategic accounts to align on opportunities and deliver a seamless customer experienceVISA Sponsorship is NOT available for this positionWhat Skills You NeedStrong analytical and reporting skillsExcellent communication and project management skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities with disciplined follow throughAbility to travel up to 25% based on business needsWhat Makes You Stand OutExperience with Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce or similar CRM platformsKnowledge of John Deere systems, tools, sales processes and sales resourcesExperience working with John Deere dealers and/or customers within the Construction or Agriculture industriesEducationIdeally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or Engineering or equivalent related work experienceWhat You'll GetAt John Deere, you are empowered to create a career that will take you to where you want to go while working in an inclusive team environment.
